The day was designed to give the team a break form the normal daily activities, to see how everyone related to each other outside the work place in order to make the best of each other in the future. You can guarantee that Adults and water make an entertaining mix - who says it's just the kids who can have fun!! "Smiles R Us" A different kind of day. Before the "Off" Two crews - all together - kitted out and ready to go. A Word from the Instructor It works this way - you can try another way - but it works this way - says the big instructor man. Digging deep Different paddling styles - a paddle deep in the water works better. We're waiting! The blue crew wait for the red crew - who say's we're racing anyway. On the helm Mastering the helm - the steering oar deep in the water turns quicker. Ahhh - that's a nice veiw Laid back cruising - what a well co-ordinated crew. Is there someone new on the helm? Hmmm - team co-operation and communication needed here - the bank beckons. Ready to race - well nearly! After two hours cruising, what's better than finishing up with a race (just for fun of course!). Back in the boat shed Working together to make paddles."I didn't know you could do that" Heads down The crew help each other out - a production line starts to take shape. Let me at it Want it done properly - just ask a woman! (well she was a DIY expert).
